Working within the highly regulated Financial Services domain, I am the Agile Coach for a group of Scrum teams as part of McKinsey’s Platform Operating Model (POM)(largely based on SAFe 6.0) incorporating ~70 members as part of a wave of ~6500 people transitioning to the POM.Delivery activities include working with the Product Manager, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers & the Scrum teams to ensure they have what they need to successfully deliver value as part of the POM- Preparing for & facilitating Sprint 0 & PI Planning events to ensure the teams were ready for PI execution- Working with the stakeholders to understand their context & help them meet their OKRs through agile ways of working- Identify & correct antipatterns I observe- Supporting Scrum Masters new to Scaled Agile understand the value they bring- Establishing information management resources & processes to facilitate easy sharing of progress
