I help business owners, landowners, and families with significant private wealth to plan for succession and inheritance in a measured and tax efficient manner. Asset and wealth preservation is at the heart of what I do.My principal interest and specialism is in trusts. I advise on often complex trust arrangements for families, professional trustees, business owners, financial professionals, and other lawyers. In the context of family law, separation, and divorce, I advise lawyers on the creation of trusts to facilitate settlements in matrimonial, financial, and Schedule 1 Children Act proceedings.I also advise on complex probate applications and estates, often including trusts, an international or foreign element, companies, or tax issues.
