I’ve consistently achieved revenue growth well above market norms, having driven between 30-60% annual increases over the last 10 years of running agencies. Allied to a culture first approach to leadership, I’ve also achieved staff and client retention rates at levels at least twice as good as the industry averages.Since starting out in media planning and buying in London, I’ve launched a connections planning department within a creative agency, run global & multinational clients out of Europe and New York, led the winning pitches for over $4bn of new business and rebuilt an agency from the ground up. My most recent role has been to continue the US growth of one of the most admired and culture focused Performance marketing agencies in the market, along with redesigning our services and structures from top to bottom.
