ABOUT DUNCAN ROSIE

As a highly-experienced catalyst for change, I have answered strategic vision with actuality by devising, shaping and driving complex, large-scale programmes with multiple work-streams for high-profile organisations. Over my career, I have delivered both operational excellence and significant transformation to performance, often against a backcloth of rigorous timelines and changing priorities.An overview of my career includes such highlights as:* Successfully planning and leading the entire recruitment and training process for volunteers for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.* Establishing a Legacy Volunteering programme post-Olympics.* Project managing the deployment of Volunteers across 43 separate venues over the duration of the Games.* Delivering transformational change through behavioural coaching and training.* Generating £30m savings for the UK Border Agency through an exhaustive review of unaudited grant claims.Such highlights have been founded on a bedrock of skills across change management, people leadership, planning and organisation, project governance, coaching and development, procurement, strategy and operational delivery. This is complemented by my Lean Six Sigma and Prince2 accreditations, and current holding of full Security Clearance. I have succeeded through a calm, objective approach when working under great duress, maintaining a focus on overall objectives and ensuring teams are properly resourced and motivated. I particularly relish the human aspect of change, using my NLP qualifications and coaching skills to support and engage individuals impacted by transformation. Over a 7 year period, I have also volunteered as a Senior Coach for Landmark Education – delivering a range of courses including Leadership, Presentations skills, Public Speaking and Coaching Others.
