Monthly monitoring of purchasing behaviour and compliance with company policies ensures best value is maintained and sustained.I have also built up a track record of developing innovative solutions with substantial cost savings to meet clients’ logistics requirements.A recent example of his work included a complete review of the Bulk Fuels and Fuelcards solutions for a UK based construction company. The project resulted in savings of over 10% for purchases of Fuelcards and 6% for Bulk Fuel purchases.
