I am the Managing Partner of Tollers Solicitors, appointed in September 2011. I am responsible for the overall management of the Firm working with the Management Board and my fellow Equity Partners. Our focus is on a continuous programme of modernisation, with the aim of ensuring that Tollers is a balanced firm fit for the demands of the current legal market. Tollers Solicitors are a regional law firm with offices in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Corby, Kettering, Kempston in Bedfordshire and Stevenage. The firm provides services \'For Business\',\'For You\' and \'For Personal Injury\'. Our \'For Business\' services include: Corporate/Commercial/Banking, Employment Law. Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Corporate Recovery and Education Services. Our \'For You\' services include: Buying and Selling a Home (Conveyancing), Family Law, Wills/Tax/Estate Planning, Contesting a Will, Elderly and Vulnerable Client Law and Notary Services. Our \'For Personal Injury\' services specialise in all forms of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence.I have been recognised by the Lawyer Magazine in it\'s Top 100 legal professionals (2015) following on from the Firm winning the Financial Management Award in 2014 at the Lawyer Management Awards.A specialist in Corporate Recovery and Insolvency with almost 20 years experience in the industry I am a keen sports fan particularly enjoying rugby, golf, running and cycling while in the winter months I enjoy skiing. I have completed 5 marathons and a number of endurance events raising many thousands of pounds for children\'s cancer charity \'Children with Cancer\'. A cause very close to my heart. When I am not pounding the streets or turning my pedals I enjoy regular visits to Franklins Gardens to watch Northampton Saints.
