ABOUT DUNCAN HANNAY
Over the course of my career, I have been very fortunate to lead progressive, growth-oriented organizations across North America and around the world. I am a disciplined, tech-forward senior executive leader with a proven ability to champion transformative change, build winning cultures, and unlock value for shareholders. I have deep experience in Go-to-Market organic growth strategies, digital transformation and SaaS technologies, customer-driven product innovation, complex operational integrations, accretive M&A, and stakeholder management (key customers, partners, regulators, shareholders and boards). I\'ve held President/CEO/senior executive positions at a number of category leading public, private and public sector businesses in Software, Fintech, RegTech, Financial Services, and Gaming/Entertainment in both B2B and B2C segments. In 2022, I was honoured to receive the L.W. Shemilt Distinguished Alumni Award from McMaster University, and in 2013, humbled to be recognized as “Marketer of the Year” by Strategy Magazine.I am highly committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a key part of the workplace culture. I am an active supporter of charitable causes and community development. I\'m proud of my long-term involvement with Covenant House Toronto, Canada’s largest shelter for homeless youth, where an inspired team of youth workers, caregivers and community leaders help kids move from a life on the street to a life with a future.
