As an Officer Cadet with the University Officers\' Training Corps (UOTC) at Aberdeen University, I engage in Reserve Officer training modules tailored to complement my academic schedules. The UOTC’s focus is to develop the leadership abilities of their members whilst giving them an opportunity to take part in military life and training whilst at university. The UOTC\'s rigorous training is highly regarded within the Army and valued by numerous civilian employers for its excellence and depth.
