About David Duncan

I believe in building environments where open minded and courageous people are free to gather informally to create outstanding things. In this type of environment, people have the ability to see possibilities and create opportunities others can’t see.I have been fortunate to represent five automotive brands in my career – BMW, BMW Motorcycles, MINI, Nissan, and VinFast. Now, I’m taking on the challenge of launching Vietsol in the US.I create work environments where people feel at home, and are there because they want to be there. These people feel they have a purpose because they believe that what they do reflects who they are. They are focused on building an engaged, diverse and welcoming community of owners and sharing that community with non-owners. They know their responsibilities and trust each other to do everything in their power to achieve their goals without the need to check each other\'s progress. Everybody has a sense of ownership because they are part of something bigger. They are passionate about the products our company produces, inspired by the brand they are building, inspired by the owners of our products, and inspired by what they can accomplish together. Our people are motivated and positive, open to think outside the box and to push the limits. They are courageous and willing to make mistakes because they know this is part of creating something outstanding. They experiment and create leading edge ideas that inspire and impact other brands.In everything I do I maintain an optimistic attitude while learning, challenging the way people think, and accepting diverse perspectives for overcoming obstacles.
