I am an experienced property professional with a demonstrable track record in the North East region, having previously worked at manager level in residential sales and lettings for a well-known firm.Having completed my MSc in Real Estate, achieving a distinction, and qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors I now work in the commercial agency department at Naylors Gavin Black. Specialising in the industrial sector I acquire and dispose of property throughout the North East region. Clients we act for include UK Land Estates, Northumberland Estates, Logicor and Columbia Threadneedle. The agency team specialises in disposing of property throughout the North of England along with acquiring assets for investors. Our position in the market allows us to react quickly to any market intelligence and maximize returns for our clients. We work with a wide range of clients to give them the best possible advice on their property interests, whether it is a single let unit or a multi let property portfolio incorporating many sites across the UK.
