An experienced IT professional with over 25 years of experience specifically working within Server and virtualisation technologies. both in managed service providers supporting private cloud and on premise deployments.I am able to interact and effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels within a business.My goal is to provide solutions to problems through my knowledge and understanding of technology, I am able to do this in a support capacity or through design and/or implementation of projects. I recognise the need to manage expectations through effective communication.Whilst working with the private cloud infrastructure this was managed using automation (ansible), as well as managing things in the traditional fashion.I have been responsible for upgrades to VMware, Zerto, and firmware on HPE Proliant and Synergy hardware, as well as completing storage migrations.
