ABOUT DUNCAN TARGETT

Co-Founder of The Coaching Hut Ltd and an accredited coach (Senior Practitioner - EMCC), I am a Talent Development expert with commercial experience who has worked internationally and consulted at C-level, across multiple industries for the world’s biggest global brands (PepsiCo, Disney, Sportradar and dunnhumby). Following 30 years’ experience across Data & Technology, Sports, FMCG, Retail and Consultancy in commercial and HR roles I trained at Henley Business School and became an accredited executive coach. This enabled me to experience first-hand the transformative effects of coaching and convinced me that one-to-one coaching can alleviate the intense pressure that modern organisations and their teams face today; from achieving demanding results to avoiding burnout in increasingly complex roles, whilst also significantly boosting employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.However, I also understood that two common barriers exist: finding enough trusted, quality coaches and the perception that coaching is too expensive.That\'s why I and my co-founder Joe Wells created The Coaching Hut Our mission is simple: to make world-class coaching accessible and affordable to the wider organisation, not just the C-Suite.We\'ve assembled a diverse panel of world-class trained coaches, who all are accredited by leading bodies like ICF, EMCC, and AC. They bring experience from a wide range of sectors, including Entertainment, Licensing, FMCG, Marketing, Technology, Consulting, and Healthcare.We support our coaches as they build their coaching practices by paying them appropriately and engaging them in our coaching community. Keeping our overheads low, our coaching seats of 6, 9 or 12 sessions offer unrivalled value for the calibre of coaches that we partner with.
