I run project activities as agreed within the SHEF program providing on-site leadership across twenty-four locations for project construction sites on high and low level projects, and PPM/Reactive jobs on the Built Estate. Reviewing and supporting RAMS, asbestos RAMS and CPPs for all projects.Delivering non accredited health and safety training as required. Assisting the principal designer and principal contractors in the delivery of their duties. Conducting scheduled and unscheduled audits and inspections across the Northeast and Yorkshire and ensuring that all actions are followed up and corrected. Taking appropriate action where management systems are failing to rectify them with both projects and sub-contractors. Writing reports after each site visit and following up on actions to be cleared.
