As Head of Grants I will be overseeing the grants facility in COAST\'s four priority countries (Indonesia, Mozambique, Philippines and Vietnam. The project will be seeking to revolutionise coastal and marine ecosystem management combining local community empowerment with national reform and global advocacy.
