You might not be able to put a real price on it, but everyone can certainly feel the cost.What if some of that lost resource, and energy could be refocused back into your ability to deliver on your mission? What might then become possible then?I support not-for-profit and purpose-led organisations to step out of survival mode and build healthier ways of working. Drawing on experience across both commercial and third-sector settings, I help strengthen culture, build leadership capacity and support teams to work together stronger - in practical, human ways that have lasting impact.After 20+ years in the sector myself from volunteer to leader, I feel passionately that all purpose led organisations should have access to the knowledge and skills needed to build cultures that enable them to succeed, for the communities they serve.I work with leaders to identify where their time, energy, and investment in people will have the greatest impact, and design and deliver interventions that have lasting effect.
