Since moving to the US, I’ve had the opportunity to build and scale multiple companies, taking on diverse roles across finance, operations, and business development. These experiences have provided me with a broad, cross-functional perspective on the drivers of company growth. Seahorse Consulting provides fractional Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A) services to private equity and venture-backed companies. With over 16 years of experience in CFO and COO roles, I have helped build and scale companies from concept to over $100M in enterprise value, and led a wide range of fundraising and acquisition transactions. I believe that Fractional FP & A services give companies access to top-tier talent in a cost-effective way, with the flexibility to scale support up or down as needed.
