I am a U.S.A. Track and Field Level 2 endurance coach. As part of the Without Limits group of coaches, I coach adults of all abilities and ambitions to be the best and healthiest runners they can be. As a professional cross country and track & field coach at Green Hope High School and other high schools, and a variety of AAU and USATF clubs, I\'ve coached some of the most accomplished endurance athletes in the region and the country. I manage training using the latest insights of sports physiology and endurance science, as well as my own experience as a teacher of high school and college kids. Many of the athletes I work with are highly sought athletic recruits who go on to compete in college.
