As a senior financial services executive for more than twenty years, including CFO, Director of Operations, and head of lending, I have led nearly every functional area of a financial institution, one of which managed $6.0 billion in assets. Responsible for strategic planning, design creation/innovation, lean processing, asset/liability management, investments, accounting, information services, inbound and outbound customer service, commercial lending, consumer lending, risk management, project management and vendor management.
