ABOUT DUNCAN HOLLAMBY
I am currently the Project Engineering Lead for Integrated, Test, Evaluation & Acceptance for a large Electronic Warfare Programme, delivering equipment and systems to support Electronic Warfare training across the air, sea and land domains. Previously I was the Programme Integration Manager/Programme Embodiment Lead for Integrated Test, Evaluation and Acceptance on a major IFF programme integrating equipment on to Royal Navy, British Army and the Royal Air Force platforms. I have work across the Air, Sea and Land domains Leading Integration, Test and Acceptance activities, top level Working Groups covering Test and Acceptance activities as well as Combined Test Teams and Release To Service Working Groups for all the domains. To do this I have worked closely with several Ministry of Defence Integrated Project Teams as well as various large UK based Defence companies. I have led trials both in the UK and overseas, conducting planning, implementation, and reporting. I have good analytical skills, can communicate well (both written and verbal), and use a logical approach to my work. I can work under pressure to tight and continually changing deadlines, prioritising tasks, as necessary. I can lead, be part of a team or work on my own consulting directly with other Lines of Business as well as customers/suppliers developing a good working relationship in each case.I am a member of the IET (MIET).
