I am Head of Risk (Tesco Bank) at Barclays UK and part of the Tesco Bank Leadership Team. Prior to the sale to Barclays I had a number of roles within Tesco Bank, latterly working as Financial and Credit Risk Director. Before joining Tesco Bank, I worked for HBOS. Initially I led the team responsible for developing the bank’s first Operational Risk Capital methodology, before moving into Group Credit Risk roles including Credit Analytics and Credit Oversight, leading a project to embed Basel Use Test requirements for the US operation.I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
