Leading four development teams of asset managers, reservoir engineers, geoscientists, and technologists. Responsible for the development of multiple fields in the Central Gulf of Mexico. These include all fields that tie back to Constitution, Heidelberg, Holstein, and Marco Polo facilities. Combined production from these assets accounts for Boepd and $400MM of EBITDAX delivery per year. Key role is to execute development plans for these fields while managing a capital spend of ~$200MM/yr including drilling activity and projects to improve reserve recovery. Focusing on subsea tiebacks to generate incremental value and fully utilize our existing facilities. Collaborate with external partners to align on development plans, new well planning, and operational execution.
