I take away all the headaches and make it work. I’m a software developer/analyst with many years of experience delivering GUI & web workflow applications that receive consistently high feedback for stability, user experience, stakeholder satisfaction, and simplicity. I can design pain points out of business processes. Business processes tell a story. I create a visually choreographed user interface that directs and contextualises the supported process so users can relate to it at a glance. I am an excellent listener with an intuitive grasp of business processes and use cases. I can storyboard the target process during the initial meeting and return a digital diorama usually the same day. I also have the soft skills to communicate and sharpen that vision in coordination with local, virtual and international teams. I also have the raw coding skills to implement it with high fidelity. Solid web development skills (html5, javascript, json, AJAX, XML, CSS, Domino). I provide full-lifecycle business analysis, design, and coding support. On smaller projects, I provide “one-stop shopping” and single-point accountability. On enterprise-wide projects, I work in the context of project teams generally in the “designer/coder” role, but can fill gaps as necessary in strategy, reqs and communications. I want to work with enthusiastic well-guided teams of smart people working on problems that are really worth solving, and making things better, simpler.
