I set up Tea Break Training to help others to learn the leadership models that underpinned the work I did with my coaching clients. Leaders would often ask me to meet their teams and share some of the science I used as a coach. In my 22 years of corporate life, I had bought lots of training and was often frustrated with how brilliant it was in the classroom, but that it did not really change behaviour on job. The Tea Break Training mission is to fix that - Our clients tell us that our sessions are brilliant…AND 99% of people who have attended one of our sessions so far, tell us they have used the skills in the real world, in their job role.We obsess about ROI and use our specialism in the science about how to make learning stick to make any investment - big or small - really count.
