I’m in the business of equipping individuals, organizations, and—most importantly—communities with the tools to gather, understand, and use data to drive outcomes, inform policy, and create lasting impact.As the Director of Institutional Research and Co-Founder of Sisterhood for Equity, I bring a deep commitment to equity-centered research and strategy in higher education. With a strong foundation in survey design, policy analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and strategic planning, I help transform data into stories that inform, empower, and inspire action.I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Occidental College and a Master’s in Public Policy from UCLA.I LOVE the power of data and storytelling—and I’m always eager to connect with fellow social change agents who are working to make this world more just, informed, and equitable.

As Director of Institutional Research of one of two standalone noncredit institutions in the state of California, I lead a diverse department of researchers to produce noncredit research to inform institutional, regional and state policy. I currently chair the institution\'s Institutional Effectiveness Committee. I also chair the Noncredit Regional RP group that gathers noncredit practitioners and researchers statewide. I strive to tell the story and successes of students through the power of data! and hope to impact policy and positive change for some of the community colleges most vulnerable populations.
