I am responsible for connecting the final users to a good and functional interface in one of the largest travel-related companies in the world. Lead the discovery process, benchmarking, exploration, and analysis of data, detailed wireframes, user flows, information architecture documents, low and high-fidelity prototypes. I also write scripts and conduct interviews, usability tests, and other research processes, analyze the results and come up with iteration points, collaborate with OKR decisions, work closely with the product and development team as well as cross-team.
