The Nanny Network is the leading family care staffing agency serving the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. Our core business aims to help companies manage employee wellness by providing in-home child care benefits and other household support. The agency was founded in 1995 and is a proud member of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA), the International Nanny Association (INA), the American Staffing Association (ASA), and FamTech.org. Our team strives each day to exude the passion, commitment and professionalism we all have for providing the highest level of child care in the industry with the best customer service. The Nanny Network places full-time and part-time nannies, as well as family assistants, babysitters (including hotel sitters) and temporary caregivers (including group/event child care). Our in-home emergency back-up care service has seen significant growth since parents are able to find last-minute/same day child care when they are in a pinch. In 2018, we launched Sidekick to provide laundry service, errand service, pet care and simple meal prep to households of all ages. In April 2020, we extended our services to include academic support (both virtual and in-home) in response to the learning challenges presented by COVID-19.
