After an incredible 20 years leading at Apple Retail, thrilled to have launched the next stage in life’s journey consulting through Enriching Enterprises and contracting with PwC. Equally excited to have served as our community’s Economic Development Commission Vice Chairman. Since kicking off my professional career as an Intern to Store Director at Target, and being selected as a founding member of the global Apple Retail Team, achieving excellence and inspiring teams to do the best work of our lives has remained my mission. My passion lies in creating positive and purpose-driven experiences, celebrating differences and embracing change. So blessed to have led 13 of the United States for Apple Retail, along with taking my family down under to lead Australia and help found and grow Retail\'s Southeast Asia expansion. Opened several of the most amazing retail spaces across the globe, and had the privilege to work at the mothership in Cupertino as the Global Sales, Learning and Integrated Partnerships Strategy Director for the Apple Online (Digital) Retail Customer Care teams. Through it all, caring for and about my teams is how I lead best.Apple is one of the most innovative and reputable companies in the world, and growing wisely. Elated to have been selected as a founding member of the Retail team when Apple was a $5.4b business with 5k team members strong and just $5b in the bank. As a team of fewer than 100, we built Apple Retail from the ground up, continuously innovating and scaling an enriching experience across the globe. From my time leading Retail Commerce and Digital Experience to Retail Contact Centers teams, Account Managers, Store and Market Leaders, I\'ve had the privilege of working with some of the most engaging, smart, supportive and dynamic people on the planet.Beyond corporate leadership, I\'m passionate about mentoring and growing talent, fostering diversity and helping others achieve their dreams.
