I\'m a Business Resiliency Analyst at Freddie Mac. I work on disaster recovery and business continuity projects for the Investments & Capital Markets Division.Previously, I worked as a Senior Project Manager (contractor) at Dimension Data in the Build Team PMO. Prior to that, I worked at Cisco in its Solution Validation Services (SVS) organization as a Project Manager for the Verizon Wireless account-the largest account in SVS, with 8.5 full-time resources.Before becoming a Project Manager, I was a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco. I supported Time Warner Cable in its software validation, specifically the CMTS product. I managed $5 million in lab equipment. I was also frequently onsite with the customer. Prior to TWC, I provided Day 2 Support for Comcast\'s Voice over IP Operations: on-call, upgrade support, MOP (Method of Procedure) development and validation, on-site support, etc.I served as a volunteer priest for nearly five years, gaining excellent experience in project management, negotiation, communication, active listening skills, counseling, and team-building.
