This is a strategic role, working closely to uncover key insights, manage best practices and stay ahead of the digital innovation curve, applicable to digital strategy- Provide tactical implementation within key social media channels as well as stewarding the company practice of social content distribution- Work closely with the Brand Teams to execute the social content strategy and provide strategic guidance over paid social campaigns and content deployment strategies- Content creation - Manage the lifecycle of content from development through launch and reporting- Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties- Consumer relations – work closely with Beam Consumer Care function, answering questions that come in through social channels and email- Analytics – Use Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives- Legal – Collaborate with Legal team to ensure compliance to Spirits Industry standards for responsible marketing
