ABOUT DUFFY MOYER
With 4 years of experience in education, I bring a data-driven, student-focused approach to my classroom. Beginning my education career with a Masters degree teaching placement program through the University of Notre Dame, I have experienced a variety of opportunities for growth including leading blended learning programs and instructional coaching roles amongst colleagues. My work has resulted in 122%(Math) and over 100%(Reading) of yearly projected growth. During a pandemic, my work resulted in 141%(Math) and 148%(Reading) of yearly projected growth and student’s conditional growth percentile was above 70% in both Math and Reading. In my current role as a third grade teacher, data-driven differentiated small groups, individualized goal setting for students, and a welcoming classroom environment are my main areas of focus. With my skills in time management, relationship building, and adaptability, I am able to consistently deliver value to my students and their growth.
