ABOUT DUBBS WEINBLATT
Dubbs Weinblatt (they/them) is a passionate and experienced LGBTQIA+ educator and advocate who founded Thank You For Coming Out (TYFCO) in 2015. TYFCO is a platform that inspires authenticity and belonging by uplifting and centering LGBTQIA+ stories and identities through empowering workshops, trainings, consultations, speaking engagements, collaborations, and a podcast. With over 8.5 years of leading TYFCO and 5 years of working with Jewish institutions on LGBTQIA+ inclusion at Keshet, Dubbs has developed and honed their skills in problem solving, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership development. Dubbs leverages their expertise in improv and storytelling to create engaging and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences and client. Their podcast just finished the fifth season and has featured guests such as Sara Bareilles, Glennon Doyle, Peppermint, and Adam Rippon. Dubbs\' vision is to build a strong and interconnected community where every person knows they are an integral part of creating a just world.
