Collaboration with Buyers and Vendors- I work closely with our buyers and vendors to source equipment and materials that meet the specific requirements outlined in the project schedule- I ensure that all sourced equipment complies with the project\'s technical specifications and quality standards.3. Preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals- At the completion of each project, I compile comprehensive O&M Manuals, which include detailed instructions for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installed systems- These manuals are essential for our clients as they provide critical information for the long-term upkeep and efficiency of their mechanical systems.4. Material Takeoff for Procurement- I perform detailed material takeoffs, calculating the quantities of materials required for each project- Accurate material takeoffs are essential for cost estimation and procurement, preventing overages and shortages that could impact project schedules and budgets.
