ABOUT DUARTE DA SILVA PASSOS
A Masters in Business Engineering at the Louvain School of Management (Belgium), specializing in Supply Chain Management, was my entry point to the job market. In fact, I arrived at delaware in early 2015. At delaware I worked as a junior consultant for Decathlon for three years. There I learnt the different phases of a project and methodologies. By implementing a specific solution, I got to know ABAP. With patience and determination, I was able to use the debugging tool offered by SAP. I also have some experience in the replenishment process for retail companies. Multiple upgrades to new versions and more responsibility at each version enabled me to go from Analyst to Consultant.Working in cooperation with others and in a constantly changing environment, I like to solve complex issues, conceive and built solutions to promote continuous improvement.I am honest and fair, open-minded to different points of view and a good listener, happy to receive advice. I am keen on spending time with my close acquaintances, doing sport and discovering new cultures.
