I have built my career at Munson Healthcare by leading high‑acuity programs, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing workforce pipelines that support long‑term organizational success.Today, I lead strategic and operational oversight for more than 70+ respiratory therapists across multiple service lines, direct neonatal transport operations, manage productivity and staffing models, and drive quality and safety initiatives that elevate outcomes and patient experience. My leadership is grounded in accountability, partnership, and a deep understanding of how frontline care, operations, and financial stewardship interconnect to create sustainable performance.Alongside my operational role, I serve as the District 2 Representative for the Michigan Society of Respiratory Care (MSRC), advocating for statewide standards, legislative priorities, and professional development.
