In addition, I maintain a standardized & accurate asset accounting management that meets the spares requirements and provides world class customer support.• Collaborated with PW/Collins to streamlined flight needs & on-time delivery through the Repair Priorities process. • Established a Joint Quality Quorum to interpret IETP, save/reject hardware & standardized IETP training between PW/Collins.• Created a Fleet Health Tool between PW/Collins that unites a fleet look across the enterprise to assists with management decisions. • Leads the Opportunistic Maintenance strategy across multiple RTX teams; increases reliability & reduces the maintenance impact.• Negotiated $13M for the Advance Control Tester that will help prevent MEFP field return/replacement for No Fault Found. • Institutionalized FMPs impacting Sustainment & obsolescence concerns; identified risks & provided mitigation strategy.
