I am a Level 7 Solicitor Apprentice currently training within the Real Estate Development team in the Commercial Property department at Spire Solicitors.My role involves supporting transactional real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing property documentation, conducting legal research and due diligence and liaising with clients, promoters, local authorities and other third parties to progress development and commercial property transactions.Prior to commencing my solicitor apprenticeship, I held a fee-earning role within the firm as a Trust Archivist where I led Trust Registration Service (TRS) work across the firm, advised clients on compliance requirements and implemented process improvements that increased departmental efficiency and revenue.I am particularly interested in commercial real estate and development work and enjoy the commercial and strategic aspects of complex property transactions.Lifelong humanitarian and mental health advocate.
