I am an international business executive with over 15 years experience working across countries and industries, including Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, start ups, and an Inc company. I remain knowledgeable of global issues, from markets and economics to politics and foreign affairs, and have conducted business in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. I have an entrepreneurial approach, but also believe in building strong teams through fostering a culture of trust and respect. I believe that creative problem solving is the foundation of successful business in the evolving market, and is inherent in organizations which support autonomy, experimentation, commitment, and continuous process improvement-all values I embrace. If the expenses aren\'t justifiable, I will coach team members to get a better deal. As I engage in performance and productivity improvement, I look to ensure it is for the benefit of not just shareholders, but for customers and team members, as well, to achieve both short and long term growth. I have an MBA from Brigham Young University, MA in Asian Studies from George Washington University, and BA in International Studies / Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University. I am originally from Cincinnati, USA and have lived in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.
