As the founder of SplashIR, I envisioned and brought to life a purpose-built platform for investor relations professionals—a centralized, efficient source for upcoming investor conference events across all industry sectors:• Identified a market gap and conceptualized SplashIR as a single, time-saving destination for discovering investor conferences• Drew on my in-house IR experience at both B2C and B2B public SaaS companies to shape a tool that reflects the real needs of IR professionals• Conducted peer interviews and industry outreach to refine the platform’s vision and ensure relevance• Self-taught and immersed in the SaaS development process to lead the creation of a modern, scalable product• Personally authored the user workflow, feature set, and content architecture for the platform• Built a team from the ground up—hiring and directing a platform developer, operations manager, and research support• Relied on the guidance and expertise of trusted industry colleagues and long-time professional connections• Bootstrapped the entire venture, from idea to launchSplashIR is built by someone who understands IR because I’ve lived it—and it’s only the beginning.
