Dave Theus is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across BioTech, PropTech, AI, SaaS, and enterprise innovation. He is an Executive in Residence at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center within the Innovation Ventures group, where he applies his deep expertise in entrepreneurship, capital fundraising, product innovation and technology strategy to advance healthcare and research initiatives with real-world impact.Throughout his career, he has successfully founded and scaled multiple technology-led companies, raising over $65M in strategic and institutional capital while integrating advanced technologies into consumer based, B2B and enterprise solutions.Previously, Dave founded and led product, technology, and growth initiatives at several ventures, including:• Fixle – CEO & Founder of a PropTech platform he spun-out of American Family Insurance.• Roamie – CTO & Co-Founder of a personalized travel platform developed alongside HOMEE, Inc. – Founder, CTO, CRO, and Director, a PropTech and InsurTech platform, where he drove product, sales, and marketing strategies to fuel rapid growth.• inno360, Inc. – Chief Product Officer & VP of Technology, where he pioneered enterprise innovation management solutions leveraging IBM Watson AI/ML technologies.He began his career as an Engineering Analyst in GE’s Technical Leadership Program before moving into various engineering, sales and services roles at MSC Software.Dave holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
