Many of the parents and relatives are actively involved in continuing criminal activities - are \"in hiding\" or otherwise actively avoiding involvement with their child - and the State of Indiana. David utilizes a myriad of conventional and internet search and investigative tools - public and private records - to correctly identify and locate absent parents - relatives and child sexual predators. David utilizes his years of law enforcement skills and abilities in conducting research - surveillance - interviews and interrogations - and still on occasion does the \"door-to-door\" gathering of information and enlisting the help of others.
