I have about 25 years experience with SAP, from ‘hands on’ support & delivery to project management and pre-sales.I took the plunge into public cloud ERP in about 2013 and since then have been a firm advocate of the multi-tenant best practice approach offered by these solutions. In the early days it was a harder conversation, now, with the fast moving AI and machine learning capabilities cloud solutions are investing in, it is clearly the right choice and I\'m so glad I may the early adopter switch. I cut my cloud teeth with SAP Business ByDesign in a pre-sales and consulting role, with many implementations under my belt, and for the past few years I\'ve been delivering S/4HANA Cloud pre-sales.
