Open Banking- Strategy: Conducted Open Banking assessment for CIBC US; identified immediate-term opportunities being explored by the Business - Aggregators: Delivered a comprehensive Aggregator assessment comparing strengths, weaknesses, and unique differentiators for all major aggregators in Canada; through past FinTech experience I have been a client of most major aggregators in Canada and have intimate, hands-on experience with their products, technologies, and data. Artificial Intelligence - Product: Leading the development of a prototype Generative AI tool designed to help frontline sales teams and drive AUM growth
