Quality Service and Customer Satisfaction are the two most important factors I consider when it comes to Service. For me, It all started in 2013 when I joined the maritime industry. Since then extensive training and hands on experience made-up my steady career. Currently, I am working with OSI Maritime Systems, integration and design of IBS for the naval maritime industry is my primary role.\"OSI Maritime Systems is a leading provider of integrated navigation and tactical solutions designed for naval and maritime security operations. Among those solutions, the company develops and delivers integrated bridge systems for warships, integrated dived navigation systems for submarines, and C2 systems for small craft\".\"Integrated Bridge Systems\" This is the concept that fascinates me, I started my career by working closely with IBS. Amongst which \'Electronic Chart Display and Information\'(ECDIS) ended being my speciality. This created a whole new level of experience for me. Having done a number of Installations and Commissioning in the past I am now applying my knowledge and skills to design and integrate highly secure tactical Integrated Bridge Systems. With technology changing so rapidly educating Navigators on Operations of various Navigational equipment\'s was necessary. Teaming up with FURUNO INS Training Center, I had the opportunity to learn and share knowledge with the Navigators. Currently, I am supporting OSI with their training development and delivery. This opened doors for me to travel and exchange knowledge with naval officers. This provides me with an important skill of feedback which helps me in design and integration. Connectivity plays a major role in our lives. My past experience was working with Marine VSAT and Broadband to provide quality communication for seafarers.
