Responsibilities- Day-to-day corporate IT support and operations. Primary point of contact for IT support and troubleshooting, as well as new hire onboarding- Participate in incident management and issue resolution for both corporate and customer IT- Hardware procurement and lifecycle management for end-user, network, lab, and corporate devices- Software and SaaS license procurement and lifecycle management. Includes provisioning and deprovisioning of software licenses, and vendor and budget management for software- Infrastructure and network management for corporate IT- Drive and maintain SOC and other compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 audits, documentation, and ongoing adherence to relevant controls- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for IT procedures and end-user software and onboarding- Consult with engineering teams to ensure IT, hardware and software needs are communicated and met. Work closely with teams across the organization (Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc.) to address technology requirements. Communicate IT updates and project statuses effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.Skills- Linux, macOS and Windows administration and lifecycle management- Process development and documentation for new software, projects, and initiatives- IT Service Management (ITSM) adhering to ISO27001 requirements.
