I lead multiple logistics-focused teams at Westwing, covering a broad range of strategic, commercial, and operational topics across inbound and outbound supply chains. My role includes ownership of one of the largest budgets in the company and responsibility for shaping and executing both short- and long-term logistics strategy.Key responsibilities:> Inbound Logistics & Customs: Oversee Seafreight & Customs operations, with a focus on shipments from Asia, including contract negotiations and building supply chain transparency.> Logistics Operations (Control Tower): Manage execution of inbound and outbound flows across 15+ markets, including linehaul and last mile operations with 30+ carriers.> Logistics Partnerships: Lead strategic outbound logistics initiatives, balancing cost efficiency, sustainability, and premium brand customer experience.> Westwing Delivery Service: Own full P&L and customer experience for our in-house 2-man delivery network operating across 3 countries and 8 locations.> Logistics Analytics & Controlling: Drive data-driven decision-making through a dedicated team responsible for performance monitoring, reporting, and commercial controlling.My focus is on operational excellence, cost management, customer satisfaction, and innovation in logistics to support Westwing’s position as a leading premium home & living brand.
