About David Franklin

I’ve spent most of my life chasing something bigger than titles or milestones: meaning.I’m a Gulf War Navy veteran and healthcare technologist, not by accident, but by design. The Navy is where I learned to build systems. Losing my father to a preventable medication side effect is why I chose to build them in healthcare.That moment became my North Star.Today, I’m the Founder and CEO of Naviday Health, where we’re building the intelligence layer between consumer health data and clinical care. Our first product, LUCI (Lifestyle Understanding, Care Intelligence), is an AI-powered menopause companion that transforms the data women generate daily from wearables, home labs, and connected devices into clinically meaningful insights.I believe health begins with trust: trust in ourselves, the data we generate, and the systems meant to care for us. My work is about helping people reclaim their role in the healthcare journey, using technology as a bridge, not a barrier.Over the past two decades, I’ve worked in tech across multiple industries, participated in two IPOs, and studied global healthcare leadership at Harvard Medical School. I’m also the author of “How to Catch a Turtle: An Introduction to Mindfulness” and host of the MenInPause podcast, exploring how men can better support the women in their lives through midlife health transitions.
