The Fan Experience Representative position is part of the fast-paced and exciting game-day operations team within the Fan Experience Department of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Responsibilities include: delivering excellent customer service to game-day guests, managing various customer service booths, monitoring the concourses, clubs and seating areas, and collaborating with law enforcement, security, ushers, food service, ticketing, retail, parking, housekeeping and maintenance.I am currently assigned to maintain our VIP on field seating. Recognized by leadership as the \"Leader of the Pack\" during the Jaguars 2020 and 2023 season.
