   Following the organizational merger of Veritas and Cohesity, I transitioned into this role to continue lending my experience to business intelligence and analytics initiatives for post-sales support. This change was driven by company restructuring.In this capacity, I have focused on delivering deep, actionable analysis and developing comprehensive reports for senior leadership, including the Chief Customer Officer and other executive stakeholders. My work has centered on identifying key metrics and trends to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency especially for those customers with attached CSMs.Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Dashboarded ARR, GRR and NRR as well as volume per ARR for CCO• Created dashboard for measuring health of critical accounts, enabling targeted initiatives that drove customer upgrades, improved retention rates, and increased customer satisfaction.• Developed methodology for measuring success of post-merger initiatives, providing executives and senior leaders with data-driven insights to evaluate program feasibility and ROI.• Analyzed usage of internal Customer Support tools and processes, helping program leaders quantify business value, identify process improvement opportunities, and increase adoption from 50% to 90% overall. This role has allowed me to leverage my expertise in business intelligence and analytics to support the organization through a period of significant change, ensuring continuity and excellence in data-driven decision-making.
