With over 18 years of HR experience, I am a Senior Manager-HR at QuisLex, a leading alternative legal services provider with a global presence and a diverse workforce. I lead and manage various aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition and management, performance management and career progression, compensation and benefits, business partnering, shared services, risk and change management, and global HR transformations and implementations.I have completed a Leadership Development Program from ISB Hyderabad, a year-long extensive and focused program that enhanced my skills and competencies as an HR leader. I also hold a SPHR certification from SHRM and a certification in HR analytics from IIM Rohtak, which enable me to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize HR processes and outcomes.
