About Dryden Neilson

What gets you out of bed in the morning? There are two things that I thrive on both personally or professionally. Problem solving and helping people be the best they can be are what drives my energy everyday. Working successfully in the client services field, I have loved the opportunity to have those two things being part of my daily life. Starting from the ground up with outrageous curiosity is the best way to solve problems and thankfully those skills also translate to helping people. Speaking of from the ground up, I\'ve had incredible opportunities to successfully create team processes from scratch while maintaining excellence in customer service along the way. I have pioneered new roles and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness decreasing client implementation times by half and setting organizational record level retention rates. One of my favorite ways to approach problems is thinking of them as an adult game of Tetris. The pieces may be your constant and the order your variable, but you get to work on the design to create maximum efficiency. Outside of work, I\'m a sports fanatic who loves seeing people achieve their goals. Specifically college football knowledge is an area of pride for me, so I\'d welcome a challenge any time! It\'s cheesy, but it goes back to how are they solving the problem of what play to run and are they being their best on the field. As I said, those themes carry through personally and professionally.
